AUDIO; THE LAME MAN LEAPS FOR JOY AND TEACHES US SPIRITUAL LESSONS

Acts 3 records the first detailed description of a miracle after Pentecost, when Peter and John meet a man lame-born at the temple gate and heal him in the name of Jesus. The resulting joy, praise and amazement provide Peter with an opportunity to preach Christ and the resurrection to the multitude, but also marks the beginning of persecution of the infant Christian church.
