HOW TO PLEASE GOD; FOLLOW PAUL'S INSTRUCTIONS

Biblical beliefs have been codified for 2000 years in countless creeds and confessions but strangely no such body of documents has sought to codify biblical behaviour. Paul felt it necessary to assist the Corinthians in this matter by ending his letter with six instructions (1 Cor. 16;14-16); be watchful, keep the faith, be brave, be strong, obey those who teach you God's Word. We see how these six instructions provide a small window on a vast landscape of what it means to please God through faith in Christ.
